Terms of Service

The short version: MMLP is a forecasting tool, not financial advice and not a bank. It reads your accounts and cannot move your money. The forecast is an estimate, and you are the one making the decisions.
These terms are an agreement between you and Banana Intelligence, which operates More Money Less Problems ("MMLP"). By using MMLP you agree to them.
What MMLP does
MMLP connects to your financial accounts through Plaid and produces a cash-flow forecast for your household: a red or green signal for the next 30 days, plus the assumptions behind it. Every assumption is visible and you can correct it.
MMLP is not financial advice
We are not a bank, broker, lender, or licensed financial advisor, and nothing in MMLP is investment, tax, or legal advice. The forecast is an estimate built from your transaction history and stated assumptions. It will sometimes be wrong. Decisions about your money are yours, and we encourage you to consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.
MMLP is read-only
MMLP cannot initiate a transfer, make a payment, or place a trade. Every connection to a financial institution is read-only. If you ever see MMLP appear to move money, that is a bug and a security incident: tell us immediately.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication or a passkey.
- You must have the right to connect any financial account you add.
- If you invite someone to your household, they can see the household's financial data. Invite deliberately.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use MMLP.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach or probe our security controls, access another household's data, disrupt the service, or use MMLP to break the law. If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to us rather than exploiting it. We will not pursue good-faith security research that is promptly and privately disclosed.
Third-party services
MMLP relies on Plaid, Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, and Anthropic. Your use of MMLP is also subject to Plaid's terms and privacy policy for the account connection itself. We are not responsible for outages or errors originating with these providers or with your financial institution, though we will do our best to be honest with you when they happen.
Your data
You own your data. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. You can disconnect any account or delete your household and all of its data at any time.
Availability and changes
MMLP is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give you notice and a way to export or delete your data first.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMLP is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any financial decision you make based on the forecast. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using MMLP and delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
